Experiencing many life changes as of lately. Having surgery on my femur..screws being placed-- praying to save hip to help prolong the time period between now & when a hip replacement is necessary. Realizing now more than ever- Stretching exercises are a MUST MUST MUST to keep that early arthritis away 😉

What could be more exciting- than yoga 😅 prior to my 'accident' I had just begun my life changes with yogi- namaste- yoganatomy 💙 BREATHING correctly makes all the difference with mastering this fine art! Inhale the GOOD- exhale the BAD!

Hopeful to post video footage of my growth & development throughout the Summer.. Suddenly Handicapped has left me to very little practice. However- I found this YOGI DOLL who travels to post a few of her techniques and abilities. You too can follow her on Instagram

Energy Bites

Energy Bites protein balls-
These are DELISH! I make a HUGE batch once a month & leave in the freeeezer! Take one out at a time & enjoy for a quick *grab n go* snack or just healthy boost POST WORKOUT- afternoon pick Me Up :)

2 cups oats
1 cup Flax Seed
2 scoops protein
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Honey- few tea spoons- or in my case... whole bottle ;)
cinnamon
half of cup of DARK chocolate chips
cup of coconut

I typically end up adding extra of ALL ingredients - and adding a few splashes of milk to help mold large healthy humps! :) Roll into tiny-mid sized balls and freeze :)

Good Morning, Sunshines :)
  I decided to share a few quick recipes I have recently discovered & have fallen in LOVE with! A fresh minty cleanse along with some sweet tooth fixtures!
First Up- Fresh Lemon Ging-ie water to keep in your fridge -
Cut up who PEELED cucumber - Ginger shavings ( FRESH FRESH FRESH ) 3 lemons *squeezing the ends in) - and 10-12 mint leaves. Let sit in fridge for at least 12 hours before enjoying your first sip ;)
FYI* I added a few scoops of SPLENDA to add SWEETNESS <3
GREAT for post- workouts!

Next Up- Sweet Potato Chips
Made a little thicker so of course you can call them FRIES as well ;)
Slices sweet potato- coated with all natural veggie & LIGHTLY sprinkled organic brown sugar and cinnamon on top! Baked at 350 for 45 min! Delish & the boys LOVED LOVED LOVED
